Who we are

We believe that recruiters should be specialists. For us, that’s HRM, people and business management recruitment. And we do this only in the Southwest of England, from Penzance to Bristol. You'd be right in describing us as a bit niche!   

Our team are reassuringly competent in what we do. Our parent company, one of the most prominent finance recruiters in the Southwest, was established in 2008 and most of our team have been with us since the early days. Between us, we’re armed with almost 70 years of recruitment experience in the Southwest of England at our disposal. 

Our geographic expertise is important to us because recruiting in the Westcountry often presents itself with a very different set of challenges, which our nationwide competitors rarely recognise.  

With a sociable team of long standing and highly experienced recruiters and administrators running the show, we’ve become one of the most prominent specialist recruitment businesses in the area, and a go-to for many of the region’s most influential employers.
