Temporary HR Administrator - St. Columb - £24-26,000 FTE

Well Placed HR have been reengaged by a past client, a well-established and respected engineering organisation who seek to recruit an interim HR Administrator. This is a full time, ongoing temporary role.

The successful candidate will be considered a key member of the people team and will be responsible for a number of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the HR function. Working directly alongside the HR Manager.

You will be responsible for:  

- Assisting with recruitment projects by providing a comprehensive range of support; preparing and placing recruitment advertisements and sending shortlisting/interview packs to senior management

- Act as first point of contact for HRM queries, assisting directors, managers and colleagues throughout the business

- Assist the HR Manager in ongoing people management projects and streamlining of existing practices

- Assist in all aspects of employee document filing and updates

- Play a lead role in developing and implementing high quality recruitment initiatives

For this role we’re looking for a personable, articulate and organised individual who possesses excellent communication skills. Experience of working within a HR environment would be advantageous though not essential. Excellent IT and team-working skills will be a pre-requisite, as will be a sensitive and supportive attitude.
